Introduction
The Wallet section is where you view and manage your balances across different account types. ProGold separates funds by purpose so each product can use the right balance type (trading, margin, or earning).
Wallet includes:
- Spot (balances used for Asset/Agent trading)
- Fiat (balances related to fiat-based purchases and settlement)
- Futures (margin balance used for futures positions)
- Savings (locked/plan-based balances with release tracking)
- Gold Yield / Sec Account (flexible earn balances and interest tracking)
Overview
My Assets is the main wallet list where you can view each coin’s balances and quickly perform actions like Deposit, Transfer, Internal Transfer, and C2C. It also shows how much of each coin is currently locked in orders.
What each column means
Coin
The asset you hold (e.g., OZ, RED, GMYD).
Total balance
Your full amount of that coin in this wallet.
Total balance = Available balance + In order
Available balance
The amount you can use right now (for trading, transferring, or withdrawing).
In order
The amount currently locked because it is being used in an active process, such as:
- Open spot orders (buy/sell orders not fully filled)
- Other locked usage depending on the product (e.g., active C2C/P2P flow)
Locked funds cannot be transferred until they are released.
Operate (actions)
Deposit
Opens the deposit flow for the selected coin so you can add funds to your account.
Transfer
Moves the selected coin out to another destination (for example, an external wallet or supported transfer target, depending on your system rules).
Internal Transfer
Moves funds inside ProGold without blockchain transfer (availability depends on the asset and enabled features).
Common uses:
- Move funds between your own account types (e.g., Spot ↔ Futures ↔ Earn)
- Send to another ProGold internal destination (if supported)
C2C
Opens the C2C/P2P area related to that coin (for buying/selling with other users).
History
Shows activity records for that specific coin (transfers, deposits/withdrawals, or internal movements depending on what your platform stores under “History”).
Transfer History & Search
Transfer History (top-right button)
Opens a full list of transfers so you can track status and details across all coins.
Search
Quickly find a coin by symbol/name in the My Assets list.
Tips
- If you can’t transfer a coin, check In order — you may have funds locked in an open order.
- To unlock funds, cancel the related open order (or complete the related process), then the locked amount should move back to Available balance.
- Always double-check coin and network details when depositing/withdrawing (if your Transfer flow includes networks).
