Invite and Earn

Invite and Earn is a growth feature that lets existing users invite new users to the platform through a personal invitation link. When a new user registers through the link, the system automatically binds the relationship between the inviter and invitee, and both can receive YDGY rewards.

This feature is built to drive viral growth by making the invitation process simple:

  • the inviter shares a one-click link
  • the invitee can register directly on an H5 page (no app required)
  • rewards are earned by both sides
  • progress and rewards can be tracked in real time

Who is this feature for?​

This feature mainly targets:

  • Existing active users who already use the platform and are willing to invite friends
  • New users who are interested in joining quickly through a simple registration page

It supports platform goals such as:

  • higher invitation conversion rate
  • efficient YDGY reward distribution
  • attracting high-quality new users (not low-intent signups)

One-click sharing​

Inviters can share an invitation through multiple social channels using a single link or QR.

H5 direct registration​

Invitees can register through an H5 page without downloading the app first. This reduces friction and increases conversion.

Dual YDGY rewards​

Both parties can earn rewards:

  • inviter earns YDGY for successful invites
  • invitee earns YDGY for joining through an invite

Real-time tracking​

Inviters can view invitation status, progress, and earned rewards in one dashboard.

Roles and permissions​

Inviter (existing user)​

Inviters can:

  • generate a unique invitation code / H5 link
  • share invitation content (link, QR, text)
  • view invitation history and reward status
  • claim YDGY rewards (if claiming is required)

Invitee (new user)​

Invitees can:

  • open the invitation link on H5
  • register with a simplified flow (email/phone verification)
  • automatically bind to the inviter relationship
  • receive new-user YDGY rewards

How the invitation flow works​

This feature has two connected journeys:

  1. the inviter journey inside the app
  2. the invitee journey on H5

Inviter flow (in-app)​

Step 1: Open the invitation entry​

  • Open the app
  • Tap Invite Friends (entry point in menu/banner/profile area)

Step 2: View the invitation dashboard​

On the invitation page, the user can view:

  • total invites
  • successful registrations
  • rewards earned / pending
  • claimable rewards (if applicable)

Step 3: Generate and share invitation content​

The inviter selects a sharing method such as:

  • Copy link
  • Share to social apps
  • QR code

The system generates a personal invitation URL that includes:

  • invitation code
  • inviter identifier (internal)
  • tracking parameters for analytics (internal)

Step 4: Track invitation progress​

After sharing, the inviter can return anytime to view:

  • which invites clicked
  • which invites registered
  • which rewards are pending / completed

Invitee flow (H5 registration)​

The invitee clicks the shared link and lands on the H5 invitation page, where they see:

  • invitation reward information
  • basic explanation of the program
  • a clear call-to-action button (e.g., Register Now)

Step 2: Register on H5​

Invitees complete simplified registration:

  • enter phone or email
  • complete verification

Then they:

  • set a login password
  • confirm registration

Step 3: Relationship is bound automatically​

After registration success:

  • the system automatically binds the inviter-invitee relationship
  • the invitee sees a confirmation message such as: “Invitation applied successfully” or “Reward activated”

Step 4: Reward notification and next step​

After binding:

  • the invitee receives a reward notification for YDGY
  • the page suggests the next action:
    • download the app for full functionality, or
    • continue using basic H5 features (if supported)

Reward logic (high-level)​

The feature follows “dual rewards”:

  • Inviter reward: earned after the invitee registers successfully (and potentially after additional conditions if your rules require them)
  • Invitee reward: awarded after registration and relationship binding

Reward states may include:

  • Pending (waiting for completion / review)
  • Claimable (user can claim)
  • Distributed (already added)
  • Invalid (duplicate/abuse/failed)

(Exact conditions depend on your final reward policy.)

Tracking and visibility​

To support real-time tracking, the inviter dashboard should display:

  • total invites
  • successful signups
  • conversion rate (optional)
  • total YDGY earned
  • pending vs distributed YDGY
  • detailed record list (invite time, status, reward status)

For the invitee, the H5 page should confirm:

  • invite relationship is applied
  • reward is granted or pending

Notes and anti-abuse considerations​

Because this feature involves rewards, you should plan for protection measures such as:

  • preventing self-invite or circular invites
  • rate limiting repeated registrations from same device/IP (if required)
  • enforcing unique phone/email per invitee
  • flagging suspicious mass registrations
  • making reward distribution conditional on quality signals (optional)
