How P2P works
Buy crypto on P2P
- Open P2P and select Buy
- Choose the asset you want to buy (e.g., USDT, sUSD, OZ, etc.)
- Filter by:
- Price
- Payment method
- Limits (min/max)
- Merchant type (if applicable)
- Select an ad and enter the amount you want to buy
- Confirm the order to lock crypto in escrow
- Pay the seller using the provided payment details within the time limit
- Click I have paid
- After seller confirms, crypto is released to your account
Sell crypto on P2P
- Open P2P and select Sell
- Choose the asset you want to sell
- Select an ad (or create your own)
- Enter the amount to sell and confirm
- Wait for buyer payment
- Confirm you received the payment
- Release crypto
Ads and limits
P2P listings are called ads. Each ad typically includes:
- Price
- Available amount
- Min / Max limits per order
- Payment methods
- Merchant / user info
- Completion rate / order count (if shown)
Limits help ensure trades match the seller’s preferred order size.
Order status (common examples)
- Pending Payment: buyer must pay within the time limit
- Paid: buyer marked payment as sent
- Completed: seller released crypto, order finished
- Cancelled: order cancelled (by user or timeout)
