How to buy with FiatFlash

Step 1: Start a purchase​

  1. Open FiatFlash
  2. Select the asset you want to buy (example: OZ)
  3. Enter the fiat amount you want to spend (example: CNY)
  4. Review the estimated Receive amount and Price per asset
  5. Click Proceed to Payment

Step 2: Confirm purchase details​

You will see a confirmation screen showing:

  • The asset you are purchasing (e.g., OZ)
  • The amount you will receive
  • The fiat amount you will pay (e.g., CNY)
  • The quoted price (example: 1 OZ = 30,614.81 CNY)
  • Available payment methods

Click Continue to open the payment flow.

Step 3: Complete payment​

After you continue:

  • The order status may show Payment Pending
  • You must complete the payment on the payment page
  • After payment is completed, return to FiatFlash to check the status

Payment methods

FiatFlash can support different payment options depending on your region and availability, such as:

  • Alipay
  • UnionPay
  • eCNH Payment (Other methods may appear depending on configuration.)

Order status and what it means

FiatFlash orders can show different statuses, for example:

  • Unpaid: payment has not been completed
  • Paid : payment received, order is being processed

Order History

FiatFlash includes an Order History section to track your purchases.

You can:

  • View Recent Orders
  • Filter by:
    • Order Status
    • Start Date / End Date
  • See details such as:
    • Date
    • Order Amount (fiat)
    • Receive (asset amount)
    • Price
    • Payment Method
    • Order Status
  • Use Check status to refresh and confirm the latest payment result
